planning my next brew and thinking of doing wilkos dark stout but using 2 kits and adding 500gms of molasses sugar , question is do i use both yeasts or just one , thanks
 
Correct pitching rates are important. If you're using twice the fermentables I'd suggest you should use twice the yeast too. Rehydrate it first for better results.
 
the yeast population will double every few hours
until it reaches maximum population density
