I figured Oktoberfest is right around the corner...probably a little late in the year to start a brew but here's a recipe for someone to try.

Bonlander 10lbs
Vienna 1 lb
Munich Dark .25 lbs
C60 .25 lbs

Single step mash @ 150-155 Celsius

Tettnanger 60 min
Hallertau 5 min

23 BU
12-13 srm
1.062

Since I acid wash my own yeast, I tend not to buy a vile of yeast just to use it once. So being cheap I just keep using my WLP001.
That yeast is very clean, versatile and honestly does just fine at colder lager temps. It also does well enough for this style of beer as well.

I try to lager it for 3 months

Hi , what's bonlander .Are you from uk , if not maybe bonlander is known as another name here in uk ? I mainly use German and Belgian grains but i've not heard of bonlander .
