So my Old Peculiar clone has been fermenting a week, and slowing down nicely.
I couldn't resist a smell which turned in to a small taste.

Oh boy, I can't wait to start drinking it.

The wife often wonders how I can polish 40 pints in a few weeks.
Simple maths love.

2 pints per night during the week.
Maybe 3 or 4 on Friday night.
4 or 5 on Saturday
3 or 4 on Sunday.
And the week begins.
