So I bottled and barreled my lager on Sunday, everything is sat in the warmth of my dining room, I bottled some in 500ml coke bottles and they look flat, so I let a little bit trickle out of the barrel into a glass and OH JOY is it lively, doesn't smell too great but I guess that will sort itself out with conditioning time!!

What was the lager?

I tend to just bottle lagers, as they don't tend to keep well in kegs for me

It's the youngs lager that came with the brew buddy kit, gonna just bottle in future but only have 8 bottles up to now,
Keep buying swing top grolsch from asda and saving the bottles, I read that lager won't keep well in the barrel so I'm gonna get an ale on the go next :thumb:
