Im a bit behind in my brewing schedule, but am off on holiday for a week next saturday & was hoping to take a 9l corny with me.
Am I too late to get a brew ready in time?
I've heard that its possible to turn around a weisse beer pretty quick.

Has anyone got any advice? I was gonig to try and pitch a decent amount of yeast to get it going quickly, and would then force carbonate in the keg to save a bit of time.

Are there any other tricks I can use? Or is it a fools errand?

:wha:

I reckon it can be done - a wheat beer is probably a good bet, or a fairly simple ale that is not too heavily hopped at bittering stage. What you leave longer will probably get better, but you'll have beer for your holiday.

The advantage of the wheat beer is not caring if you keg it bright before moving it around.. :thumb:
