Raspberry IPA or Porter

I am wanting to make a raspberry IPA, Porter or Witbier and was wondering if i could use the Polish syrup that i have used before in turbocider instead of actual fruit?

Yes you can I used the cherry in a cherry porter. It does taste artificial compared to real fruit but I found it ok

could i ask you how much and how you used it i.e. in the boil dry hop?

I Think it was 1 bottle but not 100% sure I will look in my records to see if I recorded it

Hi yes it was 2 bottles of the Lowicz Cherry syrup hope that helps

yes it does but to be a pain when in th recipients was it added i.e. during boil what time etc.

I added it in the FV at first ferment and accounted for it with the sugar in the recipe calculator it tells you how much sugar per 100ml on the bottle so just multiply up and add the amount into the calc as sugar so your gravity will be about right
