Scored myself some whole EKG

Went to my lhbs today and they had whole East Kent Goldings in stock. So I bought a full pound!

I've only ever used EKG pellets before so I will be interested to see how these differ.

Whole EKG should be better than pellets barry,

Get a good English IPA on and pile em in at flameout.

I bought 5KG of whole Stavinski (Styrian) Goldings on Thursday.

Be sure to over do rather than under....

You can not over do....

If you under do the flavour will not come through and will lack bite...

Done right and it will be beautiful... :
