Screw top wine bottles

Hi brewskis,

I started with a cider then went to ale, now swmbo is demanding wine!

No worries, I saw this coming. I've collected about 32 wine bottles now, all bar two are screw top. But after looking tonight, I may have made an error. Should I have kept the original lids??? I just assumed you would be able to buy new lids? But can't find any anywhere?

Can I rescue this, or do I need to go buy some wine?

I would not bother with eBay mate - The one's that Bob does are the same as those.
There was a post up a few weeks ago about them and I think that he had ordered more of them.
I have been using them and they are superb.

I bought them off of bobsbeer, same thing as ebay but cheaper!

agree cheaper from bobsbeer and they are fantastic..... no leaking bottles even if you lay them down. also reusable several times each.

Alternatively, buy a 20 litre polypin to store and dispense you wine. Only 1 bottle required to serve the wine and no screw cap even required!
