Just for the irony of making wine from an alcohol free "wine" I bought 6 bottles of Elderflower and grape Schloer when it was on offer at Tesco for £1.
I simmered the schloer first as it's carbonated and added a little lemon juice to it, threw it in a demijohn with some sugar (o.g 1.090) and nutrient.
It's made a surprisingly nice wine.
