Got the HLT on this morning around 0700. Having a go at a SNPA clone that I found on a US site. :pray: Third of the way through the sparge at the moment, pics later on today..

I have the clone brew book by Tess & Mark Szamatulski which has an SNPA clone in it. It's certainly high on my list to do :thumb:

I had planned to brew today but apparently I have to decorate so will have to postpone until next weekend.

Just ordered the SNPA AG kit from The Malt Miller. Looking forward to doing this one. :

I've just kegged mine this afternoon. Turned out 5.8% which is identical to SNPA and it tastes fantastic!
Looking forward to getting this on the tap!
