Stand+Beer and gas lines for boel itap

Hi, I'm waiting on the imminent delivery of my boel itap. I'm not going to put it on my kegarator yet, so I'm going to knock up some sort of stand. Someone must have already done this. Advice would be greatly appreciated on this. Also what size and length beer and gas lines do I need.
