Has anyone experienced any issues with pouring old star san away on patio flags? I have Indian sandstone and don't want it to get damaged.

Why would you want to pour it onto flags? Mould removal?

It depends on the sandstone - some are held together by calcium carbonate, which could get dissolved by the acid in Starsan. You're probably OK as a one-off, but without knowing more about the composition of the sandstone I'd be wary of doing it regularly, or doing in a way that meant that it was standing on the stone until the next rain.
Tip it down the bog..
