I've made a Wow using apple juice and rgc and racked, degassed and added stabiliser and finings when it got to just under 0.995. After sitting clearing for 2 days it has started very slowly fermenting again. I have nowhere to properly cold crash, so do I just leave it to slowly work itself out, or add more yeast to speed it up.
Anyone?

Yes, I degassed with a homemade wand, added some glycerin and Stabiliser, then fined and put the airlock back on. It sat clearing for 2 days and then I noticed the airlock was on the move again.

Some gas can be given off by the stabiliser but if its bubbling regularly you will need to give it time it should stop at .990
