Like many, I've wanted to try an all grain but don't have the necessary equipment to complete the step up. This book however makes it easy for us. It basically requires a soup pot and the rest is simple. I've made my first all grain, a Belgian triple made with pumpkins!!!
I'm now in the middle of a mash for " everyday IPA" and it's certainly given me a flavour for all grain. It's certainly a nice book to encourage those who want too try all grain, but don't have the space etc.
Will keep you informed, when I get to sample these brews
