I have just had the most enjoyable day making and blending cider over the last couple of weeks we have made 712 Gls of cider with a very high sugar content, I feel proud as all the apples come from my orchard . I used to work for a major cider company but as I retired 6 years ago this is the most cider that has come from my orchard .
The blending come from last years apples as we kept the bittersweet and bittersharp in separate barrels :party:

Yes I feel proud as I grafted all the trees as well they are all cider variety on m25 rootstock some 15 years old I do not use yeast using the yeast on the apples , stored in 50 gls barrels :
