Think I just used the calculator on here for carbonation and used white sugar.

Make sure you very carefully cut along the line otherwise you will cut into both pouches inside the outer pouch, I did that when I was just looking for the yeast & hops then had to brew it even though I didn't want to at the time, hey ho!
