we all have to learn, and learning balance in the brew is perhaps the hardest lesson....

so yes I am on experimental brewing methods at the mo

been looking at brewing apps cant get me head round these yet

and cross referencing other successful brews

All my beers SO FAR have turned out good
yes some are maybe too bitter and some maybe not enough but to me they are all good so hey

Wasn't referring to nobyipa's post, but to a lot of hardened brewers on here.

minus the dextrose addition
