Not that posh, my all time favourite was getting my first real leather football.
Spent hours honing my skills to never become a professional footballer
Just to add Clackers were banned at my school because of broken wrists

That looks terrible, but it was the greatest thing in the world when I had one.

I didn't have one but my mate did and all the kids were jealous as you say its looks a bit **** now but back in the day it was amazing.

I had did have one of these -
I had a JRT and a fishing rod...my mam hardly seen me at weekends and holidays as I was out fishing,exploring and catching "things"...

Swingball was definitely my favourite summer toy - we went through one a year just about. My Dad was always a bit too competitive though - none of this letting your children win in those days. I rather miss this thinking back.
