I have a standard 60w tubular heater in my fermentation fridge. Fermentation is done and now I am setting my stc-1000 to 2 degrees to cold condition the beer.

Will my heater be ok sat in the fridge at this temperature?

Cheers

+1 on PDs reply. :thumb:

I've just done exactly that with my new ferm fridge. Held it for about 5 days at 3 degrees ish and the finished product is now being held at a nice 'cellar' temp of 12 degrees.

No problem - best thing I ever did putting this together; but mostly for the fermentation temp control.
