I pitched Young's lager yeast in a coopers lager kit brewed short to 20 litres on Saturday morning (28th). The yeast has finally just started to kick off after a 48+ hour lag.
Any advice on moving it to a cooler location now?
This is my first brew with a true lager yeast so I am a total beginner. It is sat at about 21/22C at the moment but I didn't want to move it out to the garage too soon until I had seen proper consistent activity in the airlock. I am sure it has kicked off so do I move it now or wait a bit?
Any advice would be great.
