Anyone tried this - the greeks make it all the time and you can but it over there and i can get it in Turkey too.
Had a go at it last year and tbh it turned out minging :sick:
So this year did another version 30ltr barrel stuffed with vines and leaves 500g of white mulberry fruit chucked in 20 ltr of boiling water left it to cool and topped up with cold water to the brim added lemon and orange juice nutrients and yeast.
Just racked it off the vines, :thumb: which for a change was dead easy and it smells amazing and fermenting like hell.
