Vintage beer engine/pump

Hi members, im Andrew from Tasmania in Australia and would love some help to identify a old beer engine i just brought!
Looks really old as it has a leather seal on piston

Been told its a 1930' dalex handpull!
Any ideas if i can replace leather seal? Maby custom make one?
