I love chocolate ginger, I gave one to a Chinese friend and he started to retch, though he loves ginger he just couldn't palate ginger with chocolate!
Surprising when considering the things he eats, not much left on a carcass in Asian countries.

We have a Chinese restaurant in Melbourne actually owned by the Chinese government, the menu is not something a westerner would be comfortable with. Chinese cuisine is one of the best i have had, but ducks tongues, jelly fish, giblets, chicken feet, donkeys dicks are something i would give a miss to, Best Chinese meal I have ever had was pork belly served with asparagus and special fried rice .
