I have just bottled my youngs lager kit and tasted it after 3 days in the bottle and it tastes really good.
Now to start my next brew and dont know whether to go with coopers european lager or the coopers mexican cerveza both are lagers which is what i want to do. Is the mexican one like a corona?
Just bought myself a bottling bucket and little bottler so bottling should be easy and batch priming so i dont have to mess about with different amounts of sugar in different bottles.
I went to the home brew supermarket in runcorn today and i must say they were very helpful.
