I started off a wheat beer yesterday (Brewferm Tarwebier), with some added curacao peel and corriander seeds. However, I've just noticed that the kit is only supposed to be made up to 15l, and I made it up to 23l

SG is 1.030.

Should I do/add anything to it?

either buy another kit and add about 3/4 of it to the brew and give it a good stir or drink a very weak beer...

I reckon they're about your only options i'm afraid

SFC just beat me to it.

Get another kit and make it up with 7l of water. Add it to the existing one.

Or be happy with thin weak beer :(

Well if you want suggestions and alternative ideas you could chuck soem raw wheat in so a little lactobacillus goes in to make it sour and call it a berliner weisse? They're about that strength, spiced and slightly soured....(and LOVELY IMHO) depends if you like sour beer really!

Due to problems with delivery, the additional kit isn't going to be arriving till tomorrow now. If I add it tomorrow, is this likely to cause any problems? (bearing in mind this has been fermenting since Sunday now)
