Had a brewnight last night and knocked up a Wilko Golden Ale 2 can kit, I know you all love pics so here's a few. Starting Gravity was 1.042.

I was tempted to through in some dry hops but others who have brewed this say it's pretty good without so not sure If I still will or not.

Will let you know how it's doing in a couple of weeks.

Aye captain its my yeast re-hydrating in plain after but first time I have done it so not sure I left it long enough to make much of a difference. It is supposed to make yeast multiply and aid fermentation time.
 
Just sitting down watching TV and heard the bubbling from the kitchen, cue me running in excited and fv airlock going nuts. Ace to see as my first brew barely had any airlock activity at all.
