Original Gravity (OG): 1.046 (°P): 11.4
Final Gravity (FG): 1.012 (°P): 3.1
Alcohol (ABV): 4.52 %
Colour (SRM): 11.8 (EBC): 23.2
Bitterness (IBU): 46.4 (Average)

82.35% Maris Otter Malt 3.5kg
7.06% Caramalt 300g
5.88% Crystal 120 250g
4.71% Amber Malt 200g

0.9 g/L Target @ 60 Minutes (First Wort) 21g
0.9 g/L Bramling Cross @ 30 Minutes (Boil) 20g
0.5 g/L Target @ 30 Minutes (Boil) 11g
0.9 g/L Bramling Cross @ 5 Minutes (Boil) 20
0.5 g/L Target @ 5 Minutes (Boil)11g
0.9 g/L Target @ 14 Days (Dry Hop) 20g


Single step Infusion at 64°C for 60 Minutes. Boil for 60 Minutes

Fermented at 20°C with danstar nottingham
 
Malt looks Ok. However Target is a bittering hop and a thug at that, I would remove it from all additions apart from the 60min. I would personally do a 90minute boil as well. :thumb:
 
Looks nice. I would be interested on peoples opinions on using Target. I have only used it as a bittering hop but dont really know much about its flavour profile. I have use Bramling X before in a stout but only as a bittering hop. It was lovely :P

I like target aroma/ flavour more than the bitterness from it
