I just saw an instagram reel about how it is possible to make wine in a paper juice box. Is it risky? Has anyone tried it?

Making wine in a one litre cardboard box is pointless as you will end up with one litre of wine that is totally bland you need to mix juices to get a decent flavour.

If you haven't got a glass demijohn get 5 litres of spring water in a plastic bottle and follow the instructions in this thread below, you dont need an airlock just screw the lid on very loosely allowing the CO2 out but no bugs in, you will end up with 4 x 750 ml bottles of wine and you can use the water to make it.
