Would this be ok if I built a shelf inside the aerin/boiler cupboard at the top? Its a large area to put 25lt bins/buckets/DemiJohns.
Temp is about body Temp so something about 25°C if i'm right. Correct me if im wrong.

The only thing those temps would be really useful for in wine making is for the estufagem in madeira type wines. Brewing in it will give you a belting hangover from drinking the wine, and it's too hot to safely store most wines without altering the flavour.

Yup, a little warmer for wines but not 25C! 20 or 21 tops...
