Where are you based? If you can, then get some WLP004 from hop and grape in Darlington! If not then I'd use S-04.

I haven't no but you could easily modify for BIAB.
I would suggest the following recipe to maintain the correct ratios and account for the BIAB efficiency
Pale 4.5kg
Amber 340g
Choc 85g

Same hope schedule

Not sure about total water vol but to end with 19l you'd need a preboil vol of 26L. I'd say you'd need 31 or 32L of starting liqueur.

Not sure how that might work as I've never done a BIAB but it should be there or there abouts! I'd love to know if you do this and how it turns out!

sorry carl havent seen the hop scedule only seen that you brewed it on your signature cheers lee :D also do you have anymore yorkshire recepies they would be apreceated thanks [ see your a leeds lad too , ive just started biab
so the more recepies the better ]

I'm in garforth now but moving to Morley in 2 weeks. Always use Chris at Morley home brew centre but get my yeast from the hop and grape in Darlington. Where you at? It would be good to see how your BIAB recipe compares to my AG. Where you based?
