Been brewing for a little over a year now, moved from kits to extracts and after the arrival of my Bulldog master brewer have been using grains with some success (well I think so anyway)
I have been toying with the idea of harvesting and re-using yeast so any tips on techniques/equipment (on a shoe string) and also the methods involved would be gratefully appreciated.
I have read and watched numerous video clips and think I would go down the top cropping route but am willing to experiment.
The collection side of things seems straight forward enough but its the use of starters and subsequent pitch rates that gets a bit confusing (unless im being a bit thick lol)

Any tips advice appreciated
