Youngs No3

Hi all

I'm fairly new to the art of all grain, done 4 batches and so far so good. I've been doing kits for a few years so thought it was about time to step up.
I've got a coupe of recipe books and had a good look round for a recipe for Youngs Number3 but cant seem to find one. It used to be one of my favourites in the early 90s, acouple of pubs used to have it but I've not seen it for years so I want to make it.
Has anyone come across a recipe for this? It would be much appreciated.

I've not heard of Young's No.3. I take it it was from the Young's brewery in London? What was it like?

Or is it Younger's No.3? If so, this is the original 19th Century recipe...

Hi yes I think it was youngers in the end, I'll have a good look at that recipe and maybe give it a go.

having had a look at it it looks like its for the original pale version, I might give that a go anyway but it would be nice to do the dark one that I always remember drinking
