Youngs Yeast Nutrient smells like bleach! Normal?

Never used the stuff before. (Tub say's for use with wine). Is it really meant to smell so pungent?

I always think it smells like cat pee to be honest! :sick: I've been using it as it's the only one my LHBS stocks, never had a problem with the wine tasting bad or anything, so I asume it's just meant to smell like that lol! :grin: :)
