Just completed my 87th batch and I have brewed 9 Belgian pales and 8 American Amber's. Got another 3 Belgian pales and 2 Amber's planned by the time I hit the 100th batch so I would say these are my favourite styles

I almost never brew the same beer twice in a year. I am constantly rotating beers through. Right now on tap, I have a Russian Imperial Stout, an American Amber, a German Wheat, and an American Blonde. I really just depends what I'm feeling when I decide to brew.

I don't really have a go-to beer that I always have around.

I'm always tweaking the recipes so I guess that I never brew the same beer twice either!
