Good choice, mate, not my fave, but The Fish is good and Yes did encore with Roundabout for almost forever.

One of the unanticipated benefits of a brewday is that your left alone for 4-5 hours, last weekend it was a bizarre mix of Testament, Jeff Healy and vintage Santana. I use the music as a deterrent to all others to stay away!

I spent yesterday and this morning stripping down an old bbq, repurposing the legs, some spare kitchen doors and a kitchen worktop into a wheely cupboard for a pizza oven/smoker.

Quite pleased with how this turned out 🙂📏🪚🔨🍕

Stripping down our decking boards. Going to extend this area before the wonderful British summer kicks in. It's done us 16 years but looking a bit shabby now with some rotten boards. Frame is sound underneath (I built it well in the first place) so with a few mods and a new deck planned, I'd better order some timber.

Got all the top and front boards off. However, rain is now lashing down so time to go indoors for a beer and help with dinner.

Took a 7 hour drive to the outback. Mungo National Park last 100 k was dirt track with lots of corrugations.

You can just make out the road in the distance, clouds are so low you feel like you could almost touch them.
The old lake bed, dried up 18,000 years ago, you can just make out the sand dunes on the far side of the lake. The lake was 30+ kilometers long

The old shearing shed, built in the 1870's and closed in 1968 for the preservation of this site. Can still smell the lanolin off the sheep.

Don't know what this is, in the middle of nowhere a tree (could be someones trophy tree) adorned with bras and panties.Told the wife next time we are coming past we should bring a pair of her mothers knickers, that should take care of the rest of the tree.

Do you ever find any fossils or meteors?
I have never found any meteors, I used to collect fossils as a kid still got some. The sand dunes do throw up some of the mega fauna's fossils which were around when the Aborigines were around the lake. I was reading just recently that the switching of the earths magnetic field was a possible cause of the extinction of the mega fauna.

Played a round of golf at my club, fantastic weather (22°C) wish I could say the same about the golf.
