Planning on brewing a wheat beer tomorrow using extract. The recipe calls for 10g Hallertau Hersbrucker hops to be added when heating the extract. Homebrew shop didn't have any. I have some Pilot lying around. Would this work in a wheat beer?

i started a elderflower wine/champagne about 2 months ago and its still bubbling away. Did yours take that long? It was 1 gallon of water with 1.5kg of sugar so no extra sugar from fruit juice

Been challenged by my father-in-law to make him a bitter. I'm not much of a bitter drinker so don't want to go all out on this and make 5 gallons worth of it so 1 gallon will do. Has anyone got a nice simple receipe possibly BIAB that they could recommend? Thanks

I work nights next to a pub so as its starts to get light I fill a carrier bag up with a few, take them home and give them a good wash. Cant believe some of the prices you see for empty bottles
