How many ml of vinclear per gallon?

You divided the number of gallons by the volume of vinclear, which is the wrong way round. What you want is to divide vinclear by gallons, which gives you this:
250ml/16gallons=15.625ml/gallon
That's about 3 teaspoons for each demijohn.

not sure, the stuff i used last time cleared my wine in about 3-4 days, i hope this does the same, it's just handy because its in one bottle and can be reused, last one was in a satchet and i binned half of it because it was for about 5 gallon and i only had 2 lol
