Afternoon All,

Had good success with standard and double IPA's with massive hop schedules so going to try my arm with a Milk Shake IPA! Anybody brewed anything like this? There are so many on draught up here in Newcastle that I'm going to end up spending all my pocket money on them haha!

I use the GF if that helps :)

Im brewing one on Friday. Just constructing the recipe.
Probably going for a Mango Lassi.
Ive brewed a Raspberry/Vanilla Smoothie IPA before and a Strawberries n Cream IPA

Aye that sounds unreal! I was thinking along the lines of passion fruit and possibly lychee or something a bit exotic :D

Ive used both, going with frozen fruit this time as 3 bags of mangoes from Farm Foods for £5. When I used puree it had a lot of pectins still floating around in the beer.

I need lactose, Bloody LHBS has none and need it by tomorrow. Anyone know what shop stocks it?

Cheers BeerCat, I scrapped the brew will have to wait a week or so now.
Off to York for a weekend of Trembling Madness
