I thought my flaked barley weevil infestation was bad enough but check out the infestation in this sack of grain (piccies in the OP)

Its well known that you also get the same infestation in bags of flour and as MQul says freeze them and it kills of the eggs thats what my wife does when she gets flour and it is not going to be used pretty quickly
