Hello all.
I know there is a lot of experience of pumps on here so I'm looking for your advice please.

I have a couple of water butts. I would like to attach a pump for two scenarios:

- Watering the garden, which I think that is the easy bit.
- Feeding a pressure washer (Bosch Aquatak 100)

I have some some specs for the pressure washer which may be relevant:

- Supply rate (min) : 17 L/H
- Supply pressure : 1.5 - 6.0 bar

There are other values but I think those are on the output side.

I see there are submersible water butt pumps available, but I am not sure this is just a marketing-man's dream and a suitable inline pump may be just as adequate.

I have the standard hoselock type push connectors on the water butt taps. One butt has a 200L capacity and the other is 275L.

I appreciate your thoughts
Thank you

EDIT: I tried running a pressure washer from a smaller butt years ago but it didn't work, so I assumed that the supply pressure was too low and left it at that. It seems that I may have needed to prime the pump first. Maybe I will give this another go and see if it just works. I would still invite your comments though as the pressure for watering the garden is pants. Cheers
