Nice looking brew carl :thumb:

How long do think it will take to condition, I think of NB as a harsh hop, I've only ever used it as a bittering hop in APA's

TBH Sean this is this first time I've used NB. Usually use Simcoe and Cascade. It'll have 2 weeks in the FV then into a keg. High pressure for a few days then ill be trying! Will be posting results on this one!

Well done :thumb:

I've done a Californian Common brew a few times but always used WLP810 San Francisco Lager yeast, let us know how this turns out with US-05

Kegged this today after 12 days in primary. FG was 1.008 so turned out to be 5.8%. Very happy with the strength. Having tried the sample I pulled, even though it wasn't cold or carbonated I was expecting more aroma. The taste was beautiful but I think I missed out on dry hopping this one, it would have really benefitted from extra aroma. We'll see how it turns out in a few weeks!
