That reminds me I have a bottle of No1 Honey beer to try somewhere, I'll try it when this cold has gone and I can taste things again ;)

Dave, for some reason your %AA on the bittering hops were all set to zero :wha:
This was causing a divide by zero error on the page - it should not be allowed actually so I will have to investigate that - anyway, I have changed them but you will have to edit the recipe to put the correct %AA in :thumb:

Thanks for that EB, its the first time ive used the forum recipe thing -e-me-bob to generate a recipe, so i was just making it up as i go along  . Just hope everything turns out ok.

Looks good Dave

What have you adjusted on this brew compared to the last honey brew?

I fancy doing one of these

Bones this was my original recipe -

4500grams Pale Malt. (Marris Otter)
120 grames Crystal Malt
30 grames Chocolate Malt
30 grams Carapils Malt
45 grams Super Styrians - 90 minutes
15- 20 grams Cascade - last 15 minutes
425 grames Honey end of boil

And this is the new one -

5000 grams Pale Malt - Maris Otter
500 grams Brown Sugar
425 grams Honey end of boil
120 grams Crystal Malt
30 grams Flaked Maize
30 grams Torrified Wheat
30 grams CaraPils Malt
30 grams Chocolate Malt

Styrian Goldings 45 minutes
Fuggles 20 minutes
Cascade 20 minutes

The original recipe was a Waggle Dance Clone, but this one is just something i made up.

Well a finished and in the FV, Hit my targets spot on, 23lts at 1.065. Not as high as the first brew but im happy with it. Oh and yes it wouldnt be one of my brew days if i didnt forget something, and this time i forgot the irish moss. But on the bright side i remembered the hop strainer.

P.S only joking about the off topic posts lads.
