Brew day comes again :D I'm going for a straight IPA

6kg Marris Otter

50g Chinook for 90mins
50g Fuggles for 90mins

100g EKG for 20mins

25g Fuggles - steep for 30mins

US05 yeasties

I'll also be trying a dry hop for the first time. I'm planning on using 25g of fuggles but not really sure of this is too much or not? :wha:

25g will be fine - when dry hopping an IPA the more the better! Remember that the hops aren't going to impart any bitterness.

SG is now 1.056 and climbing as the wort cools. Hope to make 1.060 with this one..... Awful lot of loss to hops and trub though. Guess you cant have your hops and drink them. Or something.

I have decided against dry hopping as I realised I dont have a hop sock! So just steeped with 50g fuggles instead.
