Hi,
I have been accumulating various items and tools and over the last 2 or 3 weeks have been modifying both a 40L buffalo boiler and a Igloo Cube 45L Coolbox.
I have almost completely copied FutureBrewer's designs for both modifications of the two vessels from JBK.
So,
I've bought all of this:
5x 22mm Equal Elbows
4x 22mm Equal Tees
1x 15x22x22mm
1x 15mm to 15mm elbow
1x 22mm to 15mm reducing coupler
1x 22mm end cap
2x Viking ball valves/tank connectors
2x 1/2in compression female coupler to 15mm
Mini Blow torch, gas canister and flux.
22mm copper pipe 500mm long x4
15mm copper pipe 250mm long x1
Pipe Cutter
Junior hacksaw with spare blades
First off I had to cut a hole in the mashtun using a 20mm Qmax cutter

I then had to cut the hole in the boiler, this was much tougher to do as the steel was obviously harder to cut than the plastic mashtun

Massive thanks to FutureBrewer on JBK  as I would have never have done this without following his guide!
Now I need to test these out for leaks and get myself some ingredients for my first brew, can't wait!!!
