Doing Wheeler's ESB recipe today, with malt and hip bill courtesy of Malt Miller.
We have a new toy... a stainless double walled temp-controlled boiler by Klarstein. It has a false bottom so we're using it as a mash tun today.
Heated the liquor up to 75 Deg strike temp in the Klarstein and mashed into about 18l. Hit 67 deg target mash temp and currently the Klarstein is holding it there nicely. ðŸâÂðŸÂ»
