Anybody got a Lakeland Ale recipe?

For a man who's been round the Jennings brewery 11 times this is shameful to admit...

Perhaps its something to do with the free bar they offer at the end of the tour, but I cannot remember any of the malt they use!

Anybody got a recipe for a Lakeland bitter? Something in the realm of Jennings Bitter or Cumberland Ale?

I'm out of bottles of Belgian and fancy something I don't have to age for months!

Blooming heck, why don't I brew British ales more often? Admittedly, I had some Goldings lying about, but the whole lot was half the price of a batch of my Dark Trappist brew!
