My first banana wine is ready to be put away for a long while...
and my second will follow in months time.
Had a wee taste from No1 and it’s lovely. Hot from alcohol still but fruit undertones and will be lovely after some conditioning.
Number two will be racked off after a month into a glass demi and put away too. Will revisit in few months time
