Wherry had finished and been in the FV for 10 days so barrelled most of it bar a few bottles for samples :-)

Set another Edme Stout kit on the go...

Edme Kit
2 x 454 gram jars of Holland & Barret malt extract
500 grams unrefined dark brown sugar
Safale S-04 yeast recovered from the previous Wherry brew...

The stout sounds good, only ever done a Youngs harvest stout and wasn't that impressed with it. What are the Edme ones like?

Edme Stouts very nice especially with brown sugar... adding extra malt for the first time on this brew...
