hi all.im going to cold crash a lager next week for 5 days.when I come to bottle this do I need to adjust the amount of sugar into the batch or just go with what chart says for normal brew?

Hi mate. Best thing is to use the priming calculator at the top of this page, which really is very helpful. For a lager - personally I think it should be pretty fizzy, so you'd want something like 2.2-2.3 vol co2. So for a 23 litre batch you could be looking at maybe 130g of table sugar to prime with.
