Hi all.
To date I have only brewed ciders and wine yet did a Coopers Canadian Blonde the other week with a honey/sugar mixture. I bottled it in to 1ltr bottles (about 800ml in each) and added two Coopers carbonation drops to each bottle (instructions reckon 2 per 750ml) and after a week and a half have opened one bottle to find it has no fizz whatsoever. I put a tea spoon of sugar in a few days ago and left it and it seems to have gone a bit fizzy.
My question is can I still rescue the other bottles by putting sugar in at this late state to make it fizzy?
Also, is there any reason why the fermentation drops haven't worked?
Cheers
Chris
